How we work
At The Heritage Solution Network (The HSN), we believe meaningful support begins with listening. We take time to understand the unique aspirations of each individual, the values of the family, and the collaborative vision of the Regional Center service coordinator.
Person-Centered Planning Aligned with the IPP
Every service plan begins with the individual’s self-identified priorities and directly aligns with the goals outlined in their Individual Program Plan (IPP).
Culturally & Linguistically Responsive Support
We honor each family’s cultural heritage, communication preferences, and home traditions, ensuring care is respectful, familiar, and delivered with cultural humility.
Proactive Regional Center Collaboration
We maintain close, transparent communication with service coordinators, circles of support, and generic resource agencies to ensure continuous alignment and seamless advocacy.
Where we serve
We serve the Santa Clarita Valley (including Valencia, Newhall, Saugus, and Canyon Country), the San Fernando Valley, the Antelope Valley (Lancaster and Palmdale), and South Los Angeles communities such as Watts, Compton, and Gardena.
How to get started
