Where we serve

The HSN currently serves adults and families in two regions of Los Angeles County.

The Heritage Solution Network provides Independent Living Services, Coordinated Family Supports, and Homemaker Services to adults with developmental disabilities in North Los Angeles County and South Central Los Angeles. Each region below follows the service area of the Regional Center that serves it.

Our services come to you. Coaching and support happen one-to-one, in the home and in the community, in English and Spanish. Our two offices, in Stevenson Ranch and South Los Angeles, share one phone number and the same hours.

Getting started

The same first step, wherever you live

Independent Living Services, Coordinated Family Supports, and Homemaker Services are Regional Center services. In every area we serve, they are planned and authorized through the person’s Individual Program Plan (IPP), so the place to start is your Regional Center service coordinator. Ask about the service you want at your IPP meeting or before it, and tell your service coordinator if you’d like to work with The HSN.

The list above shows the communities we serve today, and more may be added over time. If your city isn’t listed, or you have questions first, call us or read our frequently asked questions.
